Shipping Rates and Delivery Time

 

Standard Shipping ( 3-4 Business Days )

 

Please allow 24-48 business hours  for processing. Orders will be shipped on  Tuesdays Thursdays and Saturdays .

PYour Serenity can not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

 

Once your order is received at USPS you will be conveniently able to track your package, using the tracking number provided. If there are any  specific questions and or concerns regarding your package a USPS Customer Service Representative will be more than happy to assist you at  1-800-275-8777.  Your local USPS office may be able to assist as well.

 

You will receive a confirmation email containing shipping details to  the e-mail address provided by you when completing the billing section.

 

ORDER COULD NOT BE DELIVERED DUE TO INSUFFICENT ADDRESS.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or  undeliverable address entered at checkout, you  will be required to submit a $10 re-shipping fee in order for us to ship package again. Unfortunately we will not be able to cancel the order.
